Oftentimes, it's hard to see the strengths and tools we already have. I lean heavily on a strengths-based approach and try to highlight growth in you throughout our therapist-client relationship.

Individual Counseling

I support insightful, curious, and empathic people.

I provide support for over thinkers, people pleasers, and creatives that often struggle with the following topics: anxiety/depression, life transitions, reuniting with joy, boundaries, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, body acceptance, and imposter syndrome.

My style of therapy is interactive, compassionate, and builds on YOUR strengths. My approach is holistic and eclectic, depending on what works for you.

Virtual-only Appointments

  • This approach believes your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We uncover and change difficult feelings & thoughts with hopes that it leads to healthier behavior for you.

  • With Somatic Therapy, we build awareness of the feelings experienced within your body. We work to release any difficult feelings from the body and promote overall well-being and connectedness to your body and self.

  • Mindfulness helps to increase your connection/awareness to your body’s feelings AND thoughts. Once you are aware of those things, we can better work on having healthier feelings and thoughts.
