I walked to the nearby library and picked up a stack of books from the non-fiction section and selected and sorted a few books I don'r remember the titles exactly but one was on the America Meditating radio show this morning but this link has many radio sessions.
Today as I was walking I was really attempting to remember my soul essence and see everyone I passed by in the seat of their soul as a soul. Showing compassion and attempting to put myself in everyone whom I was in contacts shoes, and compassion is powerful. I was listening to kid cudi's first album and it is a great album but I really need to recognize there was too much ego, destructive emotions being propagated, and lust in the album point-blank. I was doing a lot of introspective thinking pretty severe too, I am realizing some attachments I have to slowly ween off are emerging. I see the color green as the color where one can really move directly forward or backward in, I started really feeling my inner world focusing on green and just the balancing neutralization of my energy. I walked and took the bus which was because of the illusion of thinking I was going to be late. I consider this day seven because of the popular belief system says today is 7/28/15 which adds up to 7 and I set my intentions on numeric days, but I understand the numbers are just labels don't focus too much on the numerical aspects after you gain the basic knowledge. But just to express my theory.(to be done in order)
- Take info in/while using info that has worked for you!(Pure information which is useful hopefully)
- Diagnose/Detect/Creative awareness/harmonize and align(We are not perfect so getting a clear understanding of what is wasteful)
- Remembrance/readjustment and flexibility
- Allow/imagine/follow your bliss
- Practice Neutrality/ improve physical side/enhance energy exchange
I have been doing some re-birthing breath work lately, and it has definitely come into practical use! The 20 connected breaths is the method I use. Start with four shallow breaths then a longer breath for the last one only through the nose for the last breath and repeat five times. But even remembering to consciously do this breathing exercise while moving through dense energies, drudged up emotions, and past impressions/baggage will start a re-birthing process or a renewal.
Powering through some really great pod-cast material and taking my long walks are eating up a lot of time, but they are really helping as well. I haven't been brain training as much as I should lately and certain balances need to be better established, upheld, sustained. Just general around the house, laundry and clothes, and spiritual, physical and emotional hygiene.
