Great day got up knocked out some reading on Physcadelic Shamanism and I was approached by my auntie who was of Christian backround and she let me know her views and I understood what her beliefs are and she said things like one day you’ll be back I know you will return and I send her good wishes on her spiritual journey, but anyways the physcadelic shamanism got into some really strong inner-work/archetype advice on guidance. I decided to follow my guidance today and right afterwards I alchemized some water, coconut oil and chia in the sun all day and I just finished drinking it tonight nothing better than pure alchemy like that chia combined with the sun both have extremely transformative effects on the DNA(included click chia for source of info) combined with my knowledge on epigenetics which is scientific proof that we can train our minds to be greater than our environments, bodies, and time, which is taken from the book how to lose your mind and create a new one by Joe Dispenza. Which was my way to introduce me to epigenetics, but there are others like the biology of belief by Bruce Lipton, still have to power through that one myself. So I am pushing through a lot of books but i covered to cove practical meditation in one sitting today mind you I was using a speed read tip from Jan Irving on TriviumEducation.com. while at the meditation museum volunteering to help build a new stage. and is a very light read that one can sit with for 40 minutes and gain some results, but while reading this book I was really heightening my learnability in which is described in depth in the natural law seminar(click learnability to watch highly reccomend) where to get the most out of your reading material you need to be in the balance of teacher and student. So I was literally saying the word teacher and student mentally between each line that I read intending to be on the right side of the learnability curve to gain as much knowledge as possible it was really helpful using the imgination to simply use ways to learn that are fun for you. I really would like to include the work of Meir Schneider Once blind using eye yoga to bring his vision back to life, but the main take away tip is to learn how to palm, which I am getting ready to do after I type this sentence.
I was thinking video games and recognized real life is a video game and my super power thats has effect is to send good wishes through the heart from the universal creator aspect of myself. I am still dealing with occasional video game binges especially around February, March, and April playing mostly RPG(elder scroll V) and listening to consciousness radio(good way to knock out hours of lengthy but awesome content) at the same time to try and dilute the vice of the video game addiction oddly enough synchronistically sometimes the radio program would be telling me quit it. I even heard a telepathic message at one point saying "you're killing yourself" and video games I hear have a horrible effect on the dreaming body. That was a huge confession to me which I always believed that would not have been a big deal, but I have HUGE sanskars(impression of past experiences) related to video game music and themes essentially really pure enthusiastic energy I intend to free up for more wiser pursuits. Repetition has been really opened my eyes in how its the father of learning it can be strict, harsh, and seemingly useless but balanced with the holistic intelligence of even just the information shared with this post creates in imagery. Just yesterday I attended a raja yoga advanced class and it really heals one that needs to be inside themselves as much as I need to be, but of course anyone would benefit. I meant to write a reflection yesterday but I was totally wiped had a super long day but got caught in unproductive cycles related to sanskarrs and the mind and my intellect was too weak to write the reflection, do my eye yoga, etc. One point in the Raja yoga class we spoke of the mind and the intellect the mind holds all the sanskarrs and repeated experiences where we get caught in cycles groundhog day type of siturations, then we have the intellect that part of us that's fresh from a church or enlightening event ready to put those principles into actions. And so we have the mind which then may come out of nowhere like for example as this is a pretty big post I am taking some breaks and as I go upstairs I have a program that has been replayed over and over again the same dialogue and I responded peacefully, respectively, I compassionately understood the situation allthough it was absolutely just ineffective, I send good wishes to my news addict father and all mainstream media heads all over the world. And I consider despite all of this I have here a safe haven for those in that situation I really want to create a forum where we connect personally, progressively, and just transparently to see how the programmed parents or anyone in any form of mind control are acting on a wide scale. This way we could keep track of what's going on around us BECAUSE of the programs mass media are running.
Generally we would just be a better off species if we just aligned out thoughts, feelings, and actions
The intellect in this context is the part of us that writes the to-do list and is goal/task oriented the mind is the aspect of ourselves that can react very critically over trivialities wastes time, thought, and energy in redundant cycles. To strengthen the intellect it takes awareness, courage, will, and most of all practice(thats why I came back today!). Check this quoute our from Bruce Lee:

Took about 33.000 steps per day according to my Iphones involuntary pedometer really found peace on my long walks.
As I come to a close of this wonderful reflection I would just like to express my absolute gratitude for the awareness of programs inside myself that need healing and healing methods that work best for me, and if you read this far then I truly would be astonished especially if you actually read through chronologically. Well I write these for myself but also because I want people to live a reflective life, so any time you get asked what do you do you can just let them see no VIP access just out there in plain sight.
