The main issues that I addressed during my self-clearing meditation were relationsship based, and I putt myself around hazardous people emotionally but seemed okay well even better than okay seemed amazing at first and with the super high emotions came the corresponding opposite and that is definetly one thing I have to look out for always looking to balance my way of being so I knew that I needed to rest. I am in this transiton of just getting int the strongest version of myself and the hero's path. Remaining in soul consciousness throughout the day was a challenge but it was done. Just coming to the realization I need to set-up camp on my new endeavor to really to get the effect desired on the screen called life. I recognized I have a lot of inherited emotions effecting me from my parents and people around me. This is where epigenetic research comes in so handy as it has the information to allow for one to become greater than his body turning off the defect genes and turning on on the effective genes. I highly recommend reading the book breaking the habit of being yourself by Joe Dispenza, which basically puts all parenting to the side especially if you didn't have a great childhood this book is for you. Another good book I would suggest is Undoing yourself by Christopher Hyatt (Download pdf here) which I am still working on reading and can already tell it compliments books like Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton and the Spontaneous healing of belief by Gregg Braden.
In the spontaneous healing of belief there is a chapter that talks about the Neville Goddard principles and how a child with his mother getting financial advice used the Neville Goddard principles to get the dog of her dreams. Well my sister did the exact same thing. Except more intuitively then listening to someone else talk about how to get something you really want.Will get into some of this work apply it to my health and lige in general. Will continue to update you on my findings.
