New found love for technology fasts(no phone, no computer, 2nd hand tv is unavoidable in this space, copied from Dadi Janki’s Feeling Great and Companion of the Universal Creator. Respect is key and I understood that when I was being ignored, abandoned, or just straight up disrespected randomly by a zesty passerby, it was usually a test, “and being full makes you pass all tests, and passing all test earns you respect” really enjoyed the day very tired when it came to actually pushing through some texts I’ve got here and as I begin to notice my self-assigned reading load is expanding and today was one of those days where I did not meet my own expectations! I really need to focus on the way to practically take in all of this information, I know meditation is one of the brain balancers, which I do quite regularly. Speaking on meditation check out Cameron Day’s system of clearing it really works for me it may work for you as well.
I feel really heavy just around the shoulders went for a swim this afternoon and it was pretty cool always super hungry afterwards. I had some Mcdees unsalted fries and small vanilla milkshake and on the bag they were talking about health saying “when you change, we change!” They have enough federal reserve notes to totally make McDonald’s kosher it really is activism how I’ve been ducking the arches the past couple years. This brings me to another important topic attention as more of us put our attention on the balanced, logical, moral, and/or conscious decisions in our lives the companies will hurt for a little while but they will adapt and join the snowballing awareness of people actually caring for themselves and find they benefit from making gradual changes over time or drastic depending on how much there business may suffer because of negligence which it seems the food industry in general is in that position. We literally control the food industry with what we buy so please take that in consideration gradually if you can’t suddenly see the implications here, because purchasing solid food is long-term thing for most of us. I sun gaze and fast generally especially on the 1rst and 15th of the month not strictly but generally giving the organs a break for atleast 6-24 hours is highly beneficial.
So tuned into two foundational radio shows/podcasts that even after falling off the information ship and drowning in the information sea are like my rocks and they What on earth is happening and America Meditating radio show(I have now stopped listening to the show but still love what it did for me when I was listening to it and it's just my personal research has given me the sacred neutral perspective on what was happening behind that and if I was told this beforehand I would have never participated) I feel very tuned into the host’s synchronized topics they discuss as I experience them in my life and I truly believe the Universe orders it this way to make points, lessons, and general information clear and easy to process and integrate. Really wouldn’t be doing this if it weren’t for them. Anyways thanks for powering through this article.
