My personal experience in my healing journey of my eyes
The first two exercises are done with the purpose of devolping a deeper focus on where you place your eyesight. This is done with your thumb outlining an object and your eyes locked on the edge your thumb. Remember to follow in both directions with one eye closed(or patched) for two minutes per eye. I like to do 1 min in one direction with a timer, which is definitely needed for the next exercise. The lazy eight exercise where you draw a horizontal eights for four times(at the edge of your vision), then switch to the other hand focusing on the tip of your thumb. Slow down on these exercises to get max benifits. As well as keeping neck muscles locked as to give the eyes the workout.
Palming and pre-Stretch
Pre-stretching to loosen up your entire shoulder and neck area. Lock your hands and fingers and do rotations about ten in each direction. When you are rotating and get to the side use the hand on the side to stretch the opposite hand a little further. The next stretch is to find a wall then push up against the wall with knees and arms shoulder width apart. Position yourself as if you were doing a standing push-up. Then just move your shoulders via pressing forward with your chest.
And finally sitting down at a comfortable desk to support the elbows. Rub your hands your fingers and the back of your fingers as if your washing your hands. Gently press your hands up to your eyes and make sure to cover as much light as you can. While cupping your face very gently and adjust as you intuitively feel because your brainwave state will shift if doing for some time. This can be a very meditative process the longer you do it.
The last exercise is a breathing meditation called the mother's breath to be done only for ten minutes in the beginning. Focus on an object 8 feet in front of you. Place your feet together then widen them connecting only the heels to form a pyramid. On the inhale focus on a spot in your solar plexus you can request for vitamins air from a mountain as long as it is in service. On the exhale focus on a spot and spread goodwill to all mankind in all directions. The breathing rhythm is 7-1-7-1-7-1 inhale seven hold one exhale seven hold one repeat.
